This Program of Study outlines the strategies to a more personal and specific approach to planning, delivery and evaluation when providing care services. This study focuses on how to know, familiarize and promote the client’s individuality and uniqueness by utilizing this knowledge in taking care of the client to improve client’s condition and perspectives.
The Goal
To provide learners ways to improve decision making based on better information, expand a better understanding of the client and family’s strengths and needs, more effective communication leading to fewer misunderstanding, and better outcomes and greater satisfaction when providing care services while ensuring the health and well-being of the clients.
